Our client, an established baby shop, is seeking to hire sales personnel.


Responsibilities



  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Interact with customers through messages, social media platforms & at the shop

  • Manage the sales

  • Ensure the store, displays, and warehouse are clean and tidy at all times.

  • Participate in stock management and control

  • Assist shoppers to locate the products and goods they desire

  • Perform sales duties

  • Answer queries from shoppers

  • Guide and give advice to customers on product selection

  • Use social media platforms to get sales


Key Qualifications



  • Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field

  • At least 2-year’s experience in sales

  • Experience in social media sales and marketing.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated and a team player

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply

  • Must be a resident of Rongai or its environs.
