Job Purpose 
The job holder assists in provision of investor support services and facilitation of operations of investors in order to enhance growth and expansion of the EPZ programme


Key Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks 
Managerial / Supervisory Responsibilities 



  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports

  • Supervise and mentor and coach subordinate staff


Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills). 
Academic Qualifications 



  • Masters Degree Business Management or related field from a recognized Institution

  • Bachelors Degree In Business Management/Marketing/HR or related field from a recognized Institution


Previous relevant work experience required.



  • Have six (6) years’ experience with three (3) years served in the position of Senior Investor Support Officer or Senior Liaison Officer or equivalent position in the Public Service or reputable organization

Additional Requirements


Successful candidates will be expected to fulfil the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution by providing originals of the following documents;



  1. Police Clearance Certificate from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations;

  2. Clearance/Compliance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB);

  3. Tax compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority;

  4. Clearance from the Ethics & Anti-corruption Authority (EACC) and

  5. Clearance from Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
