Job Purpose |
The position is responsible for overseeing the identification, re-engineering and deployment of MDACs services to Huduma Service Delivery Channels to enhance efficient, effective and convenient access by customers. |
Requirements for appointment |
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: - Minimum of nine (9) years
relevant experience, three (3) of which must have served as Program Assistant, Business Process Analysis, HK 4 or in a comparable and relevant position; - Bachelor’s degree in any of the
following Social Sciences: – Organizational Design, Business Administration/Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; - Master’s degree in any of the
following disciplines: – Strategic Management, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is an added advantage; - Certificate in Business Process
Re-engineering from a recognized institution; - Certificate in Results Based
Management or equivalent from a recognized institution; - Certificate in Computer
Application Skills from a recognized institution; - Met the requirements of Chapter
Six of the Constitution; and - Demonstrated a high degree of
professional competence in work performance and results and a thorough understanding of national goals, policies and Kenya Vision 2030 and ability to align them to the Secretariat’s mandate.

Key Duties and responsibilities |
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: - Mapping and analyzing business
processes of services identified for deployment to Huduma service delivery channels in liaison with the Ministries, Departments and State Agencies; - Determining optimal staffing
levels required to deliver services deployed in the Huduma centres; - Coordinating deployment and the
implementation of re-designed processes in the Huduma centres and other Huduma channels of service delivery; - Continuously supporting
Ministries, Departments and State Agencies in re-engineering processes of services already deployed to improve efficiency; and - Preparing status reports on
business processing reengineering in Ministries, Departments and State Agencies
