Assistant Position
- Luxury Tour & Travel Company
We are seeking to recruit an
Executive Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative
support to Senior staff in a leading Luxurious Tour Company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to
assigned Company’s leadership - Perform administrative and clerical tasks
including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other
documents for senior staff. - Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedule and attend meetings, taking notes and recording
minutes. - Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior
staff, review contents to determine importance, and summarize and/or
distribute contents to appropriate staff. - Provided timely, courteous, and knowledgeable response to
information requests; - Supports HR department and performs various Human Resource
administrative tasks. - Updating employee’s database and maintaining employee records
- Manages and co-ordinate staff leave schedules
- On boarding new hires.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring process. Collaborating with
recruiting agencies for job ads and processing incoming resumes. - Assist in implementation of HR projects within the stipulated
time frame. - Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to
time.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should:
- Be a graduate from a reputable institution with a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource or equivalent - Have at least three to four years working experience with
Senior executive in a busy tour and travel firm or hospitality industry. - Have considerable human resource knowledge, skills and
- Be Computer literate and extremely proficient with Microsoft
Office Suite. - Be proactive, self-motivated and very detailed oriented
person. - Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to work as a team. Be a person of
unquestionable integrity with a high sense of professionalism. - Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have ability
to handle and work under pressure. Have the ability to work with minimum
or no supervision excellent time management skills with a proven ability
to meet deadlines. - Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical
procedures, and record keeping systems. - Good customer service and customer support skills.
- Experience in handling C-suite corporate executives
