Qualifications


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong knowledge of emergency management protocols and procedures.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions under pressure.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to emergency response.

  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications are required; additional certifications (e.g., Emergency Medical Technician) are a plus. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
