Your tasks and responsibilities


  • Regulatory and industry compliance, ensure we comply with these regulations by achieving the necessary certification. 

  • Health, Safety and environment management, making sure the farm is compliant with all health, safety and environmental regulation. 

  • Scouting management; responsible for day-to-day scouting, analysis of scouting data as well as regular review of our scouting procedures. Hot spot spraying falls under scouting as well. 

  • Quality, responsible for internal audits against our own procedures to ensure the best quality as well as follow up if Nonconformities are found. Responsible for capturing of customer feedback and effective resolution of complaints

  • Labour & budget Management; responsible for using the resources (human/financial) in a most efficient as well as effective way

Your profile


  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Horticulture, Business Management or Business Administration

  • 3 years’ experience in Horticulture or production industry

  • 1 year experience in a similar or related position

  • Relevant experience in occupational health and safety and environmental auditing

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards and Internal Auditing skills Ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • Team player who creates top-down working relationship with general workers and management.

  • Good communication skills

  • Possess good analytical skills Good Command of the English language, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient Computer skills in MS Office applications, particularly with Excel
