Our client, is looking for a qualified Personal Assistant.
Salary: sh. 25,000
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure office requirements are complied in all respects.
* Co-ordinate with the accounts department.
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments
* Screening the telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them as required
* Recording, compiling, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings to the relevant officers .
Required Qualities – The ideal candidate will be:
• A mature individual 35 years old and above, with high level of discretion and unquestionable integrity
• Have a visibly warm personality.
• Enthusiastic and energetic
• Presentable and self assured
• Flexible and independent
Qualifications;
* Diploma in SECRETARIAL A MUST.
* Exhibit high level relational skills with clients.
* Excellent written and spoken English and Kiswahili .
* Be computer literate.
