Must be a certified public secretaryA bachelor commerce degree, accounting option or a CPA(K) will be an added advantageExcellent command of English and good drafting abilityGood in Microsoft wordMasters degree or equivalent in HR, Business administration public administration or related field2yrs of experience at the national or international level in providing HR advisoryservices and or managing staff and operational systems.
Experience in the usage of computers, office software packages and in handling web based management systems.Masters degree in finance, business administration, public administration, economics or related field
5 years of relevant experience
