Accounts Assistant Position (Payables)
Reporting to the Senior Accountant

Job Purpose:
* Handle all that pertains to the general payables desk, meet suppliers’ demands and to improve the relationship between Beiersdorf and its suppliers.

Key Result Areas
* Checking and analyzing of departmental budgets
* Raise purchase orders
* Booking of Invoices and subsequent payment to suppliers

Knowledge and Skills requirement
* A Business related degree
* CPA part II
* Two years experience preferably in a result – oriented and busy accounting/finance function
* Hands – on experience of accounting software. (SAP will be distinct advantage)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites particularly in Excel.
* Honest, self-driven with good communication, analytical & interpersonal skills
