Qualifications and Skills
The candidate should be trained in one of the following fields;
Automotive Engineering.Plumbing Technician.(Priority recruitment)Electrical Technician- Electronics, Refrigeration, Repair of Electric Appliances.Lock Smith.Carpentry/Joinery/Roofing.Glaziers (fitting of glass panes and windows)Minimum 5 years experience in the Formal sector i.e Institutions such as Hotels, Factories, Parastatals, Construction Companies, Water Companies, Kenya Power and Lighting Company, Plumbing and Electrical Companies, Home Appliance Repair Shops, Electronic Shops.Degree, Diploma, Certificate from a recognized East African University, Polytechnic, Technical School or College, e.g. City and Guilds, Craft Certificate, KNEC or National Youth Service.Fluent and articulate in English and KiswahiliExcellent communication and public relations skills.Self motivated with the ability to prioritize tasksLeadership skills, organisational and problem solving skillsNeat and Presentable.Team playerPunctual.Disciplined.Integrity and Honesty a mustFast learner.Ability to work long hoursAmbitious.Demonstratable Leadership SkillsAbility to communicate with individuals of all nationalitiesCandidates must provide a telephone number where they can be reached at all times either through a phone call or a text message.
