Finance Manager Kenya Jobs.

A small newly established and fast growing service provider is seeking to employ a Finance Manager.

The position reports to the General Manager/Managing Director.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for efficient management of Financial Resources for the Company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Formulation and implementation of sound financial and accounting policies and procedures
* Coordinating budgeting and budgetary control procedures
* Preparation of Financial Reports
* Liaison with both internal and external auditors
* Effective Management of recurrent and capital expenditure
* Departmental staff supervision and development
* Responsible for the day to day operations of the Accounts Department
* Preparation, analysis and interpretation of variance reports. This includes performance contract, strategic plan and cash flow analysis

Qualifications & Experience

Must have:
* A minimum of a B. Com (Accounting or Finance)
* CPA (K) or equivalent

Work Experience:
* MUST have 5 years minimum experience in a similar post or as an Assistant Finance Manager
* Good Mastery of I.T
* Unquestionable integrity
