Job Summary
Reporting to the Factory Manager, the Industrial Performance Manager will carry our tasks proactively with other functions in the organization to identify, disseminate and apply sustainable improvement

activities of Quality Cost and Service at the factory using Industrial Performance techniques or tools.

Responsibilities
* Challenge standards in order to identify improvement opportunities;
* Ensure establishment of KPls , and monitor their use to support business objectives and analyse variances from set objectives;
* Drive cost savings and track results of cost saving improvement initiatives using appropriate tools and contribute in establishing Standard Cost Budget in SAP;
* Co-ordinate and support implementation of continuous improvement and evaluate projects of capital investments to ensure optimal utilization of resources;
* Establish factory capacity measurement using appropriate tools and ensure application in the factory;
* Co-ordinate update of Self Assessment Tool with factory functions and ensure correct utilization of capacity measurement tools including GLOBE (SAP);
* Identify training needs on manufacturing systems, conduct and coordinate trainings for people development.

Requirements
* Degree in Industrial Engineering;
* 5 years experience in manufacturing or engineering in an FMCG, 2 of which should be at managerial level;
* Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain operations, industrial engineering tools and methodologies;
* Good understanding of components of total delivered costs and factors to influence it;
* Project management skills;
* Analytical skills and financial awareness;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
