Position: Marketing Executive
Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Department: Training
Responsibilities:
Develop annual marketing plan, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives. Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. 2-3 years of sales experience in the marketing industry. Experience with selling of trainings, seminars and workshops Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Proven ability in Proposal writing. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. Proven ability to understand, fill for submission of Tender forms. Remuneration:
Kes. 25,000-35,000/= per month depending on experience.
