Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the Country Business Manager Nestlé Professional, the Regional Sales Manager will be based in the Regional Head office in Nairobi, Kenya.
The person will be responsible for driving sales targets/objectives and overall strategic regional development in 5 key countries mainly Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi and Congo within the Equatorial African Region.
Key Responsibilities will be to;
Bachelor of Business or Commerce degree in Sales or Marketing or a related field from a recognized university;Minimum 8-10 years experience in sales management with strong key account and customer management experience, preferably with an FMCG background;Good working knowledge and experience within the East and Central African region preferably in the countries mentioned above;Excellent people management skills, with ability to achieve results through others;Excellent interpersonal skills with good selling and negotiation skills.If you meet the above mentioned requirements and are up to the challenge of working in a dynamic organization, please send your resume and application letter quoting the job reference number via email to the address below.
