1. Unit Managers

Key Performance Areas
* To recruit, train and lead a results-oriented and competent Sales Team.
* To grow Company sales and attain ambitious Company targets.
* Age: Above 25 years old.

Qualifications
* Minimum of C+ in KCSE.
* At least holders of COP in Insurance

Experience
A minimum of 2 years sales related experience in a busy environment.

Key Attributes
* Must be extremely disciplined and goal oriented.
* Must be innovative and result driven.
* Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
* Excellent report writing skills.
* Ability to excel in a high pressure environment.

2. Sales Executives
We are a growing medium sized Insurance Agency based in Nairobi looking for sales executives to expand our distribution network.

Responsibilities
To grow Company sales and attain ambitious Company targets, the sales executives will be reporting to the Unit Managers and will be directly responsible for:

* Enlarging our client base and increasing our distribution channels,
* Retain and grow client relationships
* Developing alternative business channels and manage channel relationships within targeted sectors
* Supporting marketing & promotional activities for the Agency
Ensuring that the set business targets are met

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player
* Hardworking, well-motivated and determined to a positive difference
* Strong understanding of insurance products in the Kenyan Market; Holders of COP in Insurance will have added advantage
* A result driven personality
