Main Responsibilities
Process sales orders, forms, applications and quotation requestsDeal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Communicate and coordinate with internal departmentsManage customers' accountsPerform customer verificationsRespond promptly to customer inquiriesDirect requests and unresolved issues to the designated resourceRecord details of inquiries, comments and complaintsHandle and resolve customer complaintsKeep records of customer interactions and transactionsRequired Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
