Key Responsibilities
• Supervision of data management and access across the network.
• Develop and document records management and conservation strategies
• Creation of electronic catalogs for digitized records
• Assist in Systems analysis and document flow changes or improvements that might be needed
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports of documents digitized
• Ensuring the personnel in records carry out their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure quality procedures and processes are followed according to company regulations
Qualifications/ Experience
• Degree/ Diploma in Information Systems, Business and Public Administration or related qualifications.
• Candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in Records Digitization Management will have an added advantage.
• Excellent people skills, verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Analytical and creative problem solving skills, questioning and feedback skills, customer service orientation and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards, and initiatives will be an added advantage.
