HR Planning
?Preparation of manpower plans in liaison with the business to support corporate objectives.
Resourcing
?Managing recruitment activities including liaising with recruitment agencies as appropriate in order to ensure provision of a diverse talent repository for the business needs of the company.
Staffing
?Managing staff deployments
?Managing staff confirmations
Role Profiling & Job evaluation
?Handling role analysis, profiling and evaluation to ensure jobs are aligned with business plans and help drive departmental and corporate objectives.
?Coordinating the design and preparation of organisational charts for the company in accordance with business needs/France Telecom requirements
Staff Optimisation
?Analysing roles in view of business requirements and aligning them with appropriate headcount
Succession Planning
?Managing the identification of key staff designated to fill key positions in the organisation to facilitate business continuity and growth.
Expatriate and Consultant Management
?Managing expatriates/external consultants? immigration documentation to ensure consistency with immigration department requirements.
Management Trainees/Talent Search programs
?Identifying key talent among graduates as interns drawn from various universities and liaising with the institutions as appropriate

Business Continuity
?Representing HR in Business continuity planning
Registry
?Managing the HR registry function to ensure employee information is secure, and accessible as required
Business Partnering
?Acting a HR business partner for Business Market and Mass Market & Customer Care departments
Reports:
?Preparation of manpower plans and forecasts including assembling relevant HR data to support business strategy.
Responsibilities/Managerial activities (it will be completed only for managerial functions)
Team Coordination (e.g. to establish objectives, to monitor the activity, follow-up KPI?s, to follow-up dead-lines)
Development direct subordinates: (e.g. coaching, mentoring, induction, delegation of tasks and authority, job rotation, career path, to organise the participation of subordinates to trainings, workshops..)
Strategy elaboration (including Planning and Procedures/Policies): (e.g. at the company level, deaprtment or subdepartment)
Job description Review:
?To realize the job descriptions for all new jobs that will appear in his/her team
?To update the job descriptions for all the jobs in his/ her team if there are any changes in the activity of the team
Financial Responsibilities: budget review, reporting
