Our client a leading multinational duty free shops company is urgently looking for a qualified Administration Executive to be based in Nairobi.EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENT
Department: HR & Admin - HO
Designation: Sr. Executive-MIS, Africa
Budgets: KSHS 50,000 - KSHS 60,000 (USD 600 - USD 725) gross monthly salary
Appointment: Local
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years. Proficiency in Excel and prior experience on generating MIS reports.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Qualification: Good experience & knowledge in compiling reports, Proficiency in working in Excel is must. Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
Reporting: AGM, HR & Admin - Africa
• Responsible for churning out Admin MIS reports for all Africa locations
• Prepare formats for easy deciphering of information captured in MIS.
• Coordinating and following up with locations on all admin expenses and compiling the same.
• Compare the actual expenses with budgeted ones.
• Analyze and highlight the differences
• Coordinating with locations and compiling reasons for differences
• Compile list of all assets owned by the company at locations, with costs.
• Keep records, in soft and hard copy, for leased properties and their rentals and track the expiry of contracts.
• Analyze and recommend ways to reduce costs.
• Make sure the reports are submitted on time and/or as and when required by Management.
• Filing of all records.
• Keeping track of stationary requirement of locations.
