Duties and responsibilities.
• In-charge of all company administration matters.
• In-charge of front office operations.
• Conduct office correspondence and ensure administration files are in order.
• Perform customer service and support functions for the entire company.
• Manage company inventory of all office assets.
• Renewal of company licenses, permits, postal office box, insurance etc.
• Coordinate purchase and stock of office stationeries and sundries.
• In liaison with other departments, regularly inspect and ensure good working condition of all equipments.
• Coordinate all company travel arrangements and needs.
• Prepare and submit weekly report on all work assigned, completed and pending.
• Prepare and submit monthly administration report.
• Liaise with departments on all administrative procurement needs.
• Supervise contracted staff in their daily duties.
• Advice on any office renovations, repairs, refurbishment etc
• Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Any other duty assigned by Management.
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in business management, administration or social sciences.
• Computer proficient in Microsoft word, excel and internet.
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
• Basic accounting and/or customer service/care skills an added advantage.
• Knowledge and usage of ERP will be a great added advantage.

• Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
