We require an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to lead our Design Team who must have the required skills and aptitude to be able to satisfy our clients high expectations of first class design.Requirements:
You must have a degree/diploma in graphic design or IT, and at least three years experience in developing and designing rich media websites. You will have strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and other design software. In addition you must be innovative, proactive, motivated, and flexible and able to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment. You will also have good organisational and problem solving skills as well as good leadership qualities and people orientated skills.
Job Description:
•To work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to take the clients requirements and turn them into creative websites that generate conversions
•Transform your designs from Adobe Creative Suite into ultra clean xHTML & CSS compatible with the various popular browsers
•Create design prototypes, including Graphic Design, Site Navigation and layout of content for all clients
•Create visual concepts that match the content and the images required by the clients
•Communicate your ideas visually, verbally and in writing
•Proofread to produce accurate and high quality work
•Bring projects to completion within the agreed time frame
•Effectively manage multiple tasks
