The Standard Group Limited, a multi-media house comprising the Standard newspapers, KTN, Radio Maisha, PDS, Online Digital Business and Think Outdoor services wishes to recruit a self driven and motivated individual to fill in the following position in the ICT Department.

Software Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
Liaise and work with online section to develop and implement web based solutions to suit business needs.

Qualification & Skill

Must be self driven individual, who has over 2 years experience, interest and knowledge in the ICT field.Must have a Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.Professional training in Windows, Linux, Software design and Development, Web design and Scripting.Ability to work in a fast-paced, forward looking and rapidly growing media houseConduct system analysis recommending changes in policies and procedures.Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysisDevelop software solutions by studying information needsProject Planning and project managementProtect operations by keeping information confidential
