Manufacturing Company Finance Manager, Human Resource Officer and IT Officer Jobs in Industrial Area Nairobi Kenya

A leading manufacturing company based in Industrial Area Nairobi is seeking to fill the following vacancies
 Qualifications: CA/ACCA, with over 5 years experience in a manufacturing setup, conversant in an ERP package preferably SAP
 Preparation of financial statements/ annual budgets and analysis of variancesUndertaking costing exercises of companies productsTax planning and management, liasing with KRA on tax issues, experience with treoCo ordinating with auditors/insurance/lawyersAbility to deal with banking institutions and arrange for short/long term financingWorking capital management/ forex risk managementFully conversant with import processesQualifications: Bachelors degree with specialisation in human resources with over 5 years in a senior position, highly computer literate and be able to use human resource modules in an ERP
 Manage organizational reviews including structural, functional and staffing reviews.Manage the recruitment process and hr policy guidelines as well as benefits.Identify training needs and ensure the development and implementationOversee and coordinate all hr activities including the welfare and disciplinary matters.Handle staff grievances in a prompt, conscientious mannerAdvise on legal matters pertaining to employment and on occupational health and safetyQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering; with over 5 years’ experience with an exposure in an ERP preferably SAP is highly preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
