A development organisation is currently looking to fill a position responsible for financial and administrative support in implementing projects with regional partners.
The position will also provide leadership and management to the monitoring and reporting team.
Takes the lead in budget planning process, implementation and monitoring of projects in compliance with organizational standards;Managing monitoring and reporting systems for project work;Focal contact person amongst various stakeholders (Regional programme staff, partners, donors and other development partners);First degree and further qualification in Business Management, Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field;Full professional qualifications in accounting (CPA-K, ACCA, CIMA);Minimum five years in managing donor programs at a senior level in a similar position within a development organization;Skill and knowledge in mentorship of staff, delegation and working with teams.Working knowledge in French will be added advantage.Qualified candidates must submit a cover letter indicating their current remuneration package and expected salary.
