We are a young and growing local Manufacturing Company looking for
Showroom and Field Sales Executives with 1-2 years of direct sales experience. We are looking for aggressive young professionals to join our growing team. You need to be results oriented and self motivated with a proven ability to close deals and sales.Develop quarterly and annual business plans in conjunction with the sales manager that detail activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus all activities on meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Planning and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.Planning and managing a personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.Maintain customer experience levels within the quality standards stipulated.Recognize opportunities for cross selling to customers, by advising on new and existing services which may suit their requirements.Handle objections by building rapport with customers.Patiently listen and respond to customer queries.Assisting in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on project owners, direct mail, email, and networking.Maintain existing and new customers appropriately and with ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.Monitor and report on the competitor market for business development insights and information.Attend training to develop/acquire relevant knowledge and technical skills to perform duties professionally.A degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing from a reputable institutionKnowledge of local and regional construction markets Excellent command of English and Swahili.
