Customer Service Interns

Location: Nairobi
Stipend: 5,000 pm
Our client in IT industry is seeking Customer Service interns to provide support in their customer service unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
Interact with customers face to face, emails and also in a phone based environment
Respond to customer inquiries
Capture and enter customer details and inquiries in the system
Explain company services and products to clients
Call clients to update them on service agreements
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries or issues are addressed in time
Organize proper documentation of service agreements
Follow up on issues raised by customers to ensure they are resolved
Make daily reports of customer handled with details of issues handled
Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
Telemarketing experience an advantage (Phone sales/Marketing experience)
Great oral and written communication skills
Articulate even when under pressure
Able to maintain a conversation
Must possess sharp computer skills (Ms. Office, Email, etc.)
Must be living in Nairobi
Be ready to start immediately
