Communication Specialist Job Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver effective employee engagement campaigns and internal communications that support the business in driving key business, leadership and functional objectives to all internal audiences
Update, manage and maintain Unilever’s digital channels; leverage Unilever’s digital channels to inform and engage key stakeholders in a timely manner
Proactively and innovatively update internal audiences on developments impacting the business internally and externally
Organise and execute internal employee engagement and internal communications events
Gather updates, news from the functions and countries to create, write and share news and stories, via our communications and digital channels to audiences on a regular basis
Monitor, measure and evaluation the impact and relevance of Unilever’s internal engagement and communications activities
Qualifications and Experience
University degree from a recognized institution
2-3 years work experience
Excellent MS Office skills – strong Power Point skills are a plus
Excellent creative writing skills
Strong working knowledge of content management systems, social media, digital media tools
Experience in creative editing, editorial skills
Excellent verbal and presentation skills
Experience in employee engagement and internal communications
Event planning and management experience
