Due to continuous growth and demands, we seek to recruit Self driven, Target oriented, Energetic, Ambitious, Self motivated individuals, Keen on career enhancing opportunity to fill the position of Direct Sales Executive in our branches at Wangige, Muranga and Kitengela.
 

 

The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for dealing with property owners and prospective buyer by finding out suitable property to match clients’ requirements.
 

Responsibilities

• Presentation of our products and services to prospective clients/ customers


• Understand the prospective customer requirements


• Work with Relationship Managers and corporate staff to develop successful sales strategy


• Strong strategic planning and execution skills in sales, marketing and business strategy


• Identify new sales opportunities


• Negotiate and close the sale in line with the company’s policy


• Provide marketing support to the company


• Develop and maintain relationship with channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings


• Find reliable channels resulting into deeper market penetration


• Any other duties assigned.

Required Experience

• 1 year experience in a similar role


• Sound knowledge of the properties owned by the company


• Sales knowledge is an added advantage

Educational Requirements

• Business or marketing related diploma or equivalent professional qualification


• Advance proficiency in Microsoft office
