DAI Tender for Installation of bollards in Kismayu to protect drainage covers

Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)
 

The Kismayu Somalia District Administration in conjunction with the SFG of the republic of Somalia invites bids from eligible construction companies for the construction of the Installation of bollards in Kismayu to protect drainage covers on the newly constructed section II (1.3KM concrete road). 

Bollards will be spaced at 1 meter in distance of which each bollard should be 75mm in diameter. Foundations should be minimum of 300mm deep, filled with class 20 concrete (mix 1:2:4) being implemented by Kismayu Somalia District Administration.

It should be noted that contractors are automatically disqualified from participating in this tender if they assisted with any part of this project or tender process, including preparation of technical documents, or if they are related to a member of the Bid Committee without prior disclosure. Small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women’s business enterprises are encouraged to apply.

The eligibility criteria for bidders are as follows:

• Valid certificate of registration from Juba Land Chamber Of Commerce


• Shahaada/shati qanacsi oo diwaangishan


• Company profile demonstrating past experience preferably in Kisimayu


• Shaqaala u tawabaran lahna xirfadh goobta


• Good track record and references from previous clients


• Khribad iyo magac wanagsan iyo caddaymo shaqoyinki uu hore u so qabtey.
