Quality Controller

Reporting to: – Manager – Production & Quality simultaneous to Shift Manager / Production Eng

Experience:  1 – 2 Years

Qualification:  Diploma / Degree- Analytical Chemistry / Production / Industrial.

Location: – Nairobi, Kenya

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure spoilage counting in liaison with grinders at all processing stages


• Ensure enforcement of the  isolation procedure at all processing stages


• Facilitate quality checks as per checklist and report any short coming (immediately) to Process Engineer/ Operation/ QAs/ QAM for an appropriate action to be taken


• Continual monitoring and recording of machines performance as per our checklist


• Train and supervise all the machine attendants regarding the quality related responsibilities


• Prepare all dimensions reports and report to QA/ QAM/ Engineers/ Operators in case of non conformance (Lab QC)


• Ensure that no preforms or bottles are fallen on the floor and all areas are kept clean and tidy


• Responsible for the preparation of production summary and exception report


• Perform leak test on respective go-downs on critical and venerable production


• Responsible for the quality checks during repacking works


• Any other duty as assigned

• Zeal to work under pressure/ devotion.


• Quick learner.


• Must be mature & team Player and good in trouble shooting.


• Good Communication / Understanding Skills.


• Can work under very minimal supervision.


• Strong in making quality decisions.

26 Years and Above.
