Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Station: Nairobi
Job Summary / Objective: Responsible for implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy, contribute to the positive image of the company and coordinate all sales & Marketing activities
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategically prospect and acquire new business and customers to grow volume and develop business.
Implement Sales & Marketing business strategies and tactics to respond to changes in business environment.
Ensure customers requirements are defined understood and documented and follow up on amicable resolution of customer complaints and feedback.
Manage relationships with existing customers through regular and planned visits to customers.
Ascertain the product range to be marketed by the company, monitor market conditions trends and competitor activities.
Carry out marketing programmes for brand building, advertising and sales promotion.
Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
Diploma in Business management, Sales & marketing or Public relations,
3 years working experience in similar position,
Team player,
Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
