Tom Mboya Labour College is an institution owned by the Central Organization of Trade Unions (Kenya) COTU (K) and registered by the Ministry of Education Science and Technology.


The mandate of the College is to build and strengthen the capacity of workers through education and training in order to accelerate their growth in knowledge and understand to enable effective representation of the interests of workers.


The College further offers training in Human Resource Management, Banking and Finance, Food and Beverage among other business related courses.


To enable the College meet its objectives, we seek to fill the position of College Accountant.
