Warranty & Quality Technician
Main Purpose of the Job: Diagnosing electrical faults and proceeding to the repair and maintenance
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to workshop and aftersales team
- Carrying out technical product investigation and technical reports
- Work closely with the Project Planner, procurement and technical teams to ensure product conformity
- Promote and participate in meetings of quality of product;
- Report technical problems of product quality;
- Monitor the evolution and ensure the implementation of the technical solutions for quality improvement;
- Prepare progress reports for quality situations;
- Handling matters related to special workshop tools
- Handling matters and good communication with suppliers
- Manage warranty corrective actions and verify effectiveness of warranty corrective actions imposed by the manufacturers
Job Skills
- Autonomous and dynamic
- Good technical knowledge of logistics
- Understanding of sales concepts and techniques (preferably)
- Business focused, target-driven with “self-going” initiator skills
- Strong customer orientation and organizational skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar position
