Application Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology & Systems.
- At least 3 years work experience in the same position.
- Demonstrable software development experience with Windows based client / server & web based applications.
- Knowledge of database architecture & design
- Ability to interpret written requirements & technical specification documents
- Ability to code software according to published standards & design guidelines.
The job holder will perform the following duties
- Interpret written business requirements & technical specification documents.
- Perform coding to written technical specifications
- Develop front & graphical user interface design
- Develop back & database & application integration
- Investigate, analyze & document reported software defects
- Perform maintenance programming & correction of identical defects.
- Create & maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates
- Create, document & implement unit test plans, scripts & test harnesses.
- Evaluate & identify technologies for implementation.
