Kazini Africa Trust is recruiting a Sales Representative for one of our clients.
Due to continuous growth and demands, our client seeks to recruit self-driven, target oriented, energetic, ambitious, self-motivated individuals; keen on a career enhancing opportunity to fill Sales Representative Position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities, setting up initial sales and meeting the clients
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their needs; recommending appropriate training products.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by proving support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
- Maintaining quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of the art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The ideal candidates should possess:
- First degree in Business or management related field (Mandatory).
- Any experience in a Sales position is a plus.
- Good analysis of the market.
- Strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements.
- Strategic mind set, capable of completing tasks and actions needed for company growth.
- Must be proactive, with the tenacity to overcome market challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
- A good planner and can work with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and use Internet and email.
Compensation: Retainer of Ksh. 20,000 plus commission.
Transport and Airtime allowance.
