Account Executive

Your Responsibilities:



  • To build solid business relationships with key clients in order to understand their business needs

  • Establish contact with key management either through generated leads or through cold calling.

  • Upselling of Shield’s product portfolio

  • Manage the key accounts and increase the ARPE

  • Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations and sales propositions by up selling new solutions to existing customers

  • Explain/demo the product and close the sale. Contract/MOU signing

  • Support the team by participating in multiple development projects to increase and strengthen the effectiveness of the account managers

  • Actively consult with key customers on ongoing basis to help understand their problems and resolve


Skills and Experience:


  • Outstanding experience in building and developing relationships with existing customers

  • Previous experience in building new business is an asset

  • Knowledge of banking and salary advance business

  • A disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed to achieving career recognition and financial reward

  • Ability to lead by example and present a professional image

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and analytical skills

  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Outstanding English communication skills

  • Degree in a business or related field
