Storekeeper
 

We are looking for an ideal candidate with strong ethic to act as a new small bar and restaurant manager that has the capacity of 50 people located along Thika Road
 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe custody of the stock received


•  Ensure that goods received are of the quality and quantity ordered and in accordance with the agreed price


• Generation and verification of stock reports as assigned


• Maintain stock levels to ensure continuous availability by monitoring re-order levels and liaising with stores manager


• Checking, controlling and verifying the inventory records/stock movement records of all supplies at all times


• Post invoices into the system and submit monthly reports including  all company assets


• Regularly liaise with procurement to ensure timely ordering of supplies


• Ensure store cleanliness at all times

Qualifications

• Diploma in procurement / Supply chain management


• Minimum one year experience in as similar job


• Express high level of integrity and confidentiality


• Demonstrate good skills in customer service, report writing skills and other means of communication


• Good knowledge and awareness of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and beverage
