Flexpay is a technology business that
offers a unique and innovative way to receive and manage flexible and
affordable piecemeal payments for goods and services. Since 2014, we have been
fulfilling the high demand in the market for purchasing goods via piecemeal
payments.
FlexPay provides a secure system that
manages the purchase process. We’re growing and looking to recruit a talented
Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Intern to help build our capabilities for
the future.
Responsibilities
·
Liaise with partner retailers and
their staff to resolve all matters arising
·
Provide customer service to all users
of the Flexpay platform
·
Update data and ensure the integrity
of all data on the Flexpay platform
·
Conduct sales/marketing and
advertising activities as and when needed
·
Help develop and implement strategic
sales plans
·
Report weekly sales figures
·
Stay current with client needs,
competition, and industry trends
·
Deliver sales presentations/proposals
to prospective clients with a successful closing rate
·
Develop and manage customer &
agent relationships
·
Evaluate client and customer accounts
·
Manage projects to make sure that
they get completed in a timely manner
Qualifications
·
Excellent modelling work and
experience, particularly in Excel;
·
Excellent written English;
·
Strong attention to both detail and
precision which mean you have already noticed a typo in this sentence;
·
Good verbal communication skills;
·
Good computer skills;
·
A good sense of humour, willingness
to challenge entrenched views, and an ability to thrive and be resilient in a
rapidly changing environment;
·
A strong commitment to the social,
environmental and economic impact we can achieve through innovative
technological solutions;
·
Other qualities that are important to
