Our client is looking for a Support Analyst.
Reporting to the Senior Consultant, the Support Analyst will be responsible for support for both new and existing clients running TeamMate Audit Management and Analytics software
Key Responsibilities
- Actual implementation of TeamMate Audit Management and Analytics software
- Offering technical support to clients using the software
- Client management - communicate to and liaise with clients, colleagues and the TeamMate support desk to provide customer excellence and maintain strong client relations
Specific duties and responsibilities
- To implement and support our portfolio of clients running TeamMate Audit Management and Analytics software which covers the entire audit process: risk assessment, planning, execution, reporting and follow-up and data analysis
- Must be able to work independently, demonstrating strong qualities in project coordination. The implementation of the TeamMate Audit Management and Analytics software involves installing the software in line with the clients’ audit methodology
- Providing technical support to clients by troubleshooting and sorting out day-to-day issues and liaising with the global support desk to resolve complex issues. Proven experience in identifying and solving problems required
- The Support Analyst will interact with client staff and should ensure the existing client relationships are strengthened. This role will provide the opportunity to enhance technical skills, client service and people development
Abilities, skills, qualifications and expectations
- Audit / Accounting / Risk Management / Data Analysis knowledge
- System implementation and technical support experience (web server and database server expertise is an added advantage)
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, flexibility in working hours and willing to "roll-up their sleeves" to get the job done
- Must possess excellent organization, planning and presentation skill.
- Must be ready to travel locally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
- First Degree in information systems or relevant field
- At least 1 year job experience
