Jaqanaz Resort (JR) is an upcoming 3 star hotel located in Narumoru town.
We are seeking to recruit competent staff for the following position:
Operations Manager (HR, Admin and General Operations)
Reporting to the Board of Management, this position serves to address all operational aspects including HR, Finance, Food production and service, and administration needs of the hotel.
He/she will be responsible for the overall planning and day to day operations of the hotel.
Job Specification
- A diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 2 years of progressive experience. Experience in a hotel institution is a must.
- Demonstrated a high degree of professional competence in operations / HR / administration and general oversight matters and administrative capability in work performance and results.
