Global Company Key Accounts Manager Job in Kenya

Our client, a global company which offers services ranging from Sports facilities, Telecommunications, Real estate development and Industrial projects is seeking to recruit an aggressive Key Accounts Manager to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development  of sales and marketing strategies

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts

  • Responsible for achievement of membership revenue targets

  • Generating new business

  • Development of the Club’s monthly sales and marketing plan

  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and achieving the set sales targets

  • Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives

  • Attending client meetings

  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients.

  • Maintaining a data base of prospective clients

  • Competition research and analysis

  • Prepares monthly and quarterly sales reports

  • Present company products and services to  potential clients


Competencies & Qualifications Desired

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field

  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales with a strong background in the hotel or Club.

  • The ability to develop and grow existing accounts

  • Ability to be proactive and demonstrate ownership and knowledge of a territory

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong account management skills/ Leadership skills.

  • Ability to build strong and long-lasting profitable relationships

  • Enthusiastic approach with customers

  • Confident on phone & in person

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Self-motivated, disciplined

  • Goal & results oriented

  • Excellent communication skills
