Position: Corporate Relations Officer
Location: Mombasa – Kenya

Our client, a leading Fleet Management and Asset Tracking solutions provider is urgently seeking to hire energetic Corporate Sales Executives who will be tasked with identifying new opportunities, close sales and achieve set sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Account Management- Support the Corporate Sales Team with their accounts as designated
- Work with the team in paying attention to retention rates and preferably anticipate problems before they materialize
- Client Relations- Follow up on client’s enquiries, requests or complaints and keep clients informed of progress
- To assist the Corporate Sales team with the administration of the prospect pipeline and organization of prospect mail outs
- To respond to incoming enquiries from existing Corporate Clients received by phone, email, via the website or in person
- Oversee updates from Accounts on payments made by clients
- To take an active part in departmental meetings focusing on long-term growth strategies for Clients
- To assist oversee presentations for company products to prospective clients
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through strong corporate relations
- Daily status reports on client meetings and sales strategy
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- To undertake ad hoc tasks for the Corporate Relations Manager and Corporate Sales Team’s
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Degree in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations/ Business related field of study
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Relations and especially in institutional selling
- Experience in handling corporate tenders
- Proper understanding of corporate sales aspects
- Good customer service and public relations skills
- Result oriented and can execute and develop corporate relations strategic plans
- Self – motivated, Confident and outgoing personality
- Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
- A Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent networking and prospecting skills
