Team Leader Sales for 3Wheeler (Tuk Tuk)
- Coordinates all activities involved in getting 3W sales in assigned geography, Hands on experience in ATL & BTL and field promotional activities
- Connects the potential customers to appropriate loan schemes in Banks and SACCOS and converts them to sales.
- Accurate understanding of Loan schemes and documentations involved.
- Experience in coordinating sales and service initiatives in multiple towns . Involves himself in Dealer development, channel management.
- Update town wise sales status on weekly and monthly basis
- Ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations.
- Identifies deficiencies in sales mechanism and swiftly diminishes them.
- Works with country head three wheelers to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team.
- Develops an aggressive sales pipeline by involving in BTL activities.
- Achieves and Excels the given 3 W targets in assigned town / Geographies.
- Accountable for the thorough implementation of all customers care related initiatives to keep the brand image at the top.
- Works closely with Customer Service and Field Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction, and high levels of field sales support.
- The work station will be based in Eldoret, though it will involve a lot of traveling within the country
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record in 3 W sales
- Proven track record in converting 3 W sales through microfinance/ bank finance
- Excellent time communication and reporting skills
- Experience in after sales support strategies
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent soft skills - listening, motivating, communicating
- A strong sense of leadership and inspiration
- Portray a positive attitude to maintain a department of enthusiasm and drive
