Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Team-Building Sales Project


• Manage Groups


• Location Set-Up, Strike and Risk Management


• Facilitate Team Building Initiatives, Group games, Ice-Breakers, and warm ups

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience as Tours & Travel Consultant


• 1-3 years team building or event management experience


• Practical online marketing knowledge is preferred


• Strong Knowledge of Industry Trends and Product Developments


• Good interpersonal and demonstrable communication skills with a key focus on Hoteliers and Overseas Suppliers alike.


• Be goal oriented and focused.


• A go-getter.


• Exceptionally high integrity and honesty


• Excellent customer service & front office management skills


• Time management skills within flexible working hours routines


• Client Relationship Management Skills
