Request for Quotation - Fishing Boat and Safety Gear

Nariokotome BMU is a Beach Management Unit based in Nariokotome, Turkana County, Anam Village.
It was registered on 3rd July, 2011 under the Government of Kenya.
It is owned by 70 members who are involved in fishing activity.
For
the successful implementation of its activities, Nariokotome BMU has
recently received an Organizational Assistance Grant (OAG) from the
United States African Development Foundation (USADF) towards the
procurement of the following Item(s):

Qualified
and experienced firms that meet the following minimum requirements are
invited to indicate their interest in providing the above items;
- Duly registered firm under cap 486 Companies act of Kenya.
- Well bound company profile detailing experience in the line of works applied for.
- Valid Tax compliance certificate.
- Proof of physical address
- Valid Business permit.
The costs quoted to include delivery to Nariokotome, Anam Village.
Payments
for works will be made in three installments; 40% upfront upon signing
of the service contract, 40% upon delivery of functional supplies, and
20% after 90 days of items’/works’ certification.
The
bidders should send their Quotations with the above supporting
documents in soft copies to nariokotomebmu@gmail.com on or before 25th
August, 2016 at 5.00 pm.
