The Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa is an institution of Aga Khan Health
Services, Kenya which is an Agency of Aga Khan Development Network. 

The hospital is part of an integrated health system that includes Hospitals and outreach health centers across East Africa. 

AKHS is one of the most comprehensive private not-for-profit health care systems in the developing world.
 

 

The hospital wishes to recruit an ideal candidate for the following position:
 

Manager - HR Planning, Recruitment and Strategy
 

Job Summary: The Manager will be expected to take a lead role in strategic human resource planning and development, coordinate all recruitment and selection activities. 

In addition the Manager will manage the Human Resource Planning and Complement Control.
 

Required qualifications, attributes and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management


• Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management


• At least four (4) years’ experience in Human Resource Management practice in a similar capacity of talent sourcing


• Working knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relation procedures


• Current and valid Membership of the Institute of Human Resources Management


• Experience working with a HRIMS will be an added advantage
