Job Title: Sales Representative
 

Salary: KES 15,000 Retainer + Commission
 

Location: Nairobi

Our client is a construction and interior design company looking to hire a result oriented sales representative to assist in implementation of the company’s sales strategy, co-ordination of all sales and marketing activities as well as generation of new business opportunities.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Compiling and maintaining a list of prospective and current customers for use as sale leads


• Meeting and exceeding sales goals


• Talking with customers on the floor or phone


• Merchandising or rotating products/brochures according to company guidelines


• Displaying and demonstrating products, emphasizing saleable features


• Follow up enquiries by arranging for face to face meetings or other forums and communication


• Attend relevant industry functions and gather market intelligence

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Sales & Marketing or any other related field


• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing for a services Company preferably in the construction industry
