Job Title: Senior Salesperson

Background:
3-5 years’ experience selling into the recruitment sector.
A demonstrable ability to open new accounts, cold call and network.
An existing network of credible customers at a senior executive level within the corporate and commercial marketspace of Kenya
Experience with trade shows and exhibitions and must be capable of running booths at such events
Comfortable working at very senior level (c-suite)
Able to work as part of a small startup team environment
Experienced with the legal ramifications of the recruitment sector
Preparing marketing materials, pitch decks, brochures, and websites
Experience delivering presentations to groups of people
Familiar with LinkedIn and other social media sales tools
Technically savvy
Job description:
The role will be working with a technology startup and interfacing with international management on multiple time zones.
You will be responsible for coordinating all sales activities and working with the CEO to establish corporate partnerships with Kenya’s leading corporate and commercial entities.
You will be targeted initially on a success rate of establishing such partnerships, on getting appropriate meetings for the CEO and in building a pipeline of customers in preparation for product launch in 2017.
