Instore Sales Manager

Our
client and a beauty products company that owns its own outlets is
seeking for a self-driven manager to drive products sales to individual
customers.

The instore sales manager will be responsible for
achieving retail sales targets and managing and driving performance of
beauty consultants working in the stores.

The ideal candidate needs the following qualifications:

• Proven success in a similar role;


• Over 4 Years in FMCG Sales (Experience in Cosmetics will be an added advantage);


• Degree in Business;


• Great interpersonal skills.

The position pays upto Kshs70,000 with performance commissions.
