Unit Manager (Prestige Branches) with a Reputable Life Insurance Company
Introduction: Our Client is a reputable Life Insurance Company well known for innovative products and great customer relationship management.
Job Brief: The Client is rolling out a new range of Life Insurance packages targeted at the high income group to be offered by specialized sales teams.
The client seeks to recruit a strong team of team leaders to manage the sales teams.
The team leaders will be responsible for recruitment and effective management of the teams focusing on team coordination and motivation.
Qualification
- A Degree in any field
- At least three (3) years working experience two of which must be either in insurance sales or banking customer relationship.
However diploma holders with at least 3 years of continuous experience in life insurance sales will be considered.
Only individuals with a passion for Sales and who has excellent record of team leadership need apply.
Remuneration: The client has an attractive salary and bonus package designed to attract the best from the banking and insurance industries.
